Instructor Certification - ACA L3

Five-day certification to become an ACA-certified Level 3 Instructor, includes Instructor Development Workshop (IDW) and Instructor Candidate Evaluation (ICE). It is best suited for participants who already arrive with strong personal skills, and prior instructional experience.

The course focuses on refining personal paddling skills, strengthening teaching approach, and preparing candidates to meet Level 3 standards in both technical performance and instructional presence.

This is an active, hands-on course. Expect to teach, receive feedback, and spend time refining both on-water performance and instructional judgment. The goal is not only to paddle well, but to communicate clearly, manage groups effectively, and teach with confidence.
